Gaudenz Winery & Distillery
At the gate to Val Venosta, nestled in the middle of Parcines, you can spot the Gaudententurm, which since 1348 has been marking the Gutshof Isser Estate with its vineyards and distillery. It is also home to Christine, Felix, and their supporting act, Valentina.
Spoiled by the sun and the alpine-Mediterranean climate, splendid vines thrive in the vineyards of the Isserhof in Parcines, Here they are cultivated with great care and transformed into noble drops in the cellar of the family estate. Healthy, fully ripe grapes and the joy of winemaking produce special, unique wines available in limited quantities, which convince with strength and personality.
It's quite simple: the love for fruit and the art of distilling converge into a genuine pleasure. However, understanding the process is key, and Christine has mastered it. With years of experience and strong intuition, she crafts exquisite distillates in our estate distillery. Christine proudly holds the distinction of being South Tyrol's first and only female distiller. Guided by her discerning nose, she combines craftsmanship skills with a creative touch, resulting in limited editions of exceptional quality that can be considered authentic rarities. The Gaudenz Estate Distillery has garnered numerous international awards and is a member of the Association of South Tyrolean Estate Distilleries.
