We tend to our wines with devotion and meticulous attention. Our vineyard hosts grape varieties ideally suited to the microclimate and altitude. The winemaker Felix has an innate understanding of the vines, nurtured from growing up amongst them. During the wine harvest, he prioritises low yields and the selection of flawless grapes. All steps of the process are completed by hand.
In the cellar, we finish what we started in the vineyard. The fermentation is temperature-controlled with selected pure yeasts, which gives our wines their incomparable mineral freshness. After an extended period of maturation on the lees, our white wines enchant with their elegant and complex characteristics. Thanks to malolactic conversion (MLF), our red wines are light, digestible and promise pure drinking pleasure.
