Our quince trees flourish directly around the Gaudententurm. It takes approximately seven kilograms of quince to produce 0.35 litres of brandy-due to a low yield, multiple harvests are often necessary to gather enough quantity for a new batch of our exquisite quince brandy. However, the effort is rewarded when the nose is greeted with a refreshing bouquet of blossoms and citrus fruits accompanied by subtle spices. On the palate, the quince brandy reveals a creamy, elegant, and finely structured profile.
