Apple Schnapps Morgenduft

The old, red-cheeked apple variety, Morgenduft, ripens mid to late October. When distilled into a schnapps, the Morgenduft smells pure and unadulterated of fresh apples and a hint of red currants. Christine allows the brandy to mature to perfection in a clay amphora. The palate is fresh and juicy, with a long finish. Finest apple in a glass!
