The grappa from the two grape varieties Pinot Blanc and Moscato Giallo combines fruit and intense aroma. After distillation, Christine allows it to mature for two years so that the aromas can evolve and blend. The grappa has an intense and elegant scent of grapes, peaches, elderflowers, and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is aromatic and intense, with a velvety body and a long finish.
We recommend the Goldmuskateller-Pinot Blanc grappa with spicy, mature cheese, a South Tyrolean bacon snack, and Kaminwurze, a typical smoked sausage.
