Our rosé evokes instant summer vibes. The vines grow in sun-drenched gardens surrounding the Gaudententurm. A particularly gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation provide our pale, pink-coloured rosé with a carefree, fruity drinking pleasure.

The aromas of cherries and raspberries unfurl from the glass while delicate floral hints of violets and rose petals dance alongside a subtle, fresh almond note. Our rosé wine delights on the palate with its juicy texture and mineral undertones. Its crisp and refreshing character makes it an ideal choice as an aperitif and a versatile companion to various dishes.

Have also fun with the rosé as your sole companion. Slightly chilled, it gives even more liveliness and drinking pleasure. We like to serve it with risotto, light fish and meat dishes, pizza, and pasta.
