South Tyrolean Moscato Giallo € 14

The Moscato Giallo (Gold Muscat) combines the unbound joy of life with a terrific drinking pleasure. Christine planted the Moscato Giallo vines in Parcines-Pröfing in 2001. Thanks to the airy, fresh and sun-drenched 640 meters, they may take a little more time to ripen. When harvested, the berries are golden in colour and reward us with a unique aromatic depth unfolding in fruity and spicy wines.

The dry Moscato Giallo offers fruity aromas of honeydew melon, Muscat grapes, passion fruit, and peach, accompanied by orange blossoms, hay flowers, and a touch of white pepper. It is aromatic yet light on the palate, with pleasantly mild acidity. The pronounced minerality impressively prolongs the juicy finish.

Our Moscato Giallo is a perfect match with a selection of cheeses and spicy, lightly piquant dishes such as an Asian-inspired curry.
