Williams Brandy

The Williams-Christ pears come from the Unterweirachhof, where Christine grew up. Her younger brother Hermann is a passionate fruit and wine farmer and supplies selected pears to his sister. Christine’s multiple award-winning Williams brandy is pure, unadulterated fruit with gently delicate hints of lemon blossoms in the glass. On the palate, the Williams brandy is full-bodied and juicy, whereas the long finish invites you for the next sip.

We enjoy the Williams brandy as a digestif, with pear tart and aged hard cheese.
